Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Handling all incoming customer support requests politely over the phone and/or via email Recording all relevant end user identifying data, such as name, department, contact details, and kind of issue or problem
- To guarantee process productivity, update your own availability in the RAVE system.
- Keep a record of every question you receive, the actions you take to solve problems, and the overall number of successful and unsuccessful answers you provide.
- To answer any client inquiries, adhere to established protocols and procedures.
- Address and maintain internal knowledge bases, resources, and frequently asked questions to assist in and give clients with efficient problem resolution. Respond to client inquiries in accordance with the SLAs mentioned in the contract.
- Determine and absorb pertinent product information to improve customer service and troubleshooting.
- Record and examine call records to identify recurring patterns and avert further issues.
- Updating and maintaining consumer self-help materials will expedite the resolution process.
- When there are warning signs, report significant customer concerns to the team leader for an expedient resolution.
- Make sure clients receive all product disclosures and information both before and after making calls or sending emails.
- Stays out of legal hot water by honouring service agreements.
- By diagnosing issues and walking customers through step-by-step solutions, you may provide clients with product assistance and resolution.
- Help customers navigate product menus and make it easier for them to comprehend the aspects of the products.
- Respond to all customer inquiries in a polite, professional, and user-friendly way.
- Keep logs and records of every client inquiry in accordance with the established protocols and standards.
- Use the assigned tracking software to handle and record all incoming calls and emails accurately.
- In order to keep consumers and clients’ business, provide alternate alternatives to clients where suitable.
- Arrange thoughts and deliver oral communications in a way that is suitable for the audience and the circumstances.
- Follow up with clients and return their calls on time to get their feedback and check sure the contract and SLAs are being followed.
- Attend product trainings to keep up with the latest features, updates, and modifications.
- Enrol in any further trainings that the customer requests or recommends, as well as any product-specific ones.
- In order to better serve the customer, collaborate with team leaders to provide ideas for training themes and learning challenges.
- Participate in self-learning activities and sustain personal networks to stay current on job knowledge.
