roles & Responsibilities
- Establish and run an MS Team website.
- Get ready to publish the deal picture.
- Look for a functional SPOC within the functions that will be engaged in an endeavour.
- Together with the solution lead and sales lead, create and publish the project plan as well as the roles and responsibilities matrix (R&R).
- Gather all the information, such as answers, slides, price inputs, etc., and perform a preliminary assessment to ensure that is all there is.
- Work with the graphics team to align the graphics and complete the submission-ready papers.
- Look for review spaces on the calendars of the leadership.
- In order to source answers to the queries and deliverables mapped to the other functions, collaborate across functional boundaries.
- Establish a war room, daily or weekly calls, meetings, or other sessions with the pursuit team, as necessary.
- Post and monitor meeting minutes that include action items and deadlines.
- Write or gather generic/boilerplate answers.
- Work with the respective SPOCs for their pricing inputs to the pricing team.
- Assist with standard templates such as the Pricing Input Pack, Connectivity Solution Pricing Inputs, etc. based on finalised inputs received from the solution architect.
- Create a comparative view of Pricing inputs against the defined structure [CTC, FTE structure, Pricing Inputs, Tools Pricing, etc.].
- Ensure that the output is aligned to the approach that the team has agreed upon or signed off on.
