Roles & Responsibilities
- Requisition to PO Conversion (Manual)
- Processing of invoices, two- and three-way matching
- Setting up merchants or altering current vendors
- Scheduling and overseeing payments
- AP Close or plan an activity.
- Assistance Desk
- T&E Evaluations
- Effective query handling and resolution in accordance with the Process
- escalation to the supervisor for problems that are too complicated to solve
- Create reports pertaining to processes.
- Task prioritisation, such as answering escalated requests and resolving inter-team dependencies, such as invoice status and payments, etc.

Required Qualifications
- Speaking in person with English as a first language.
- Able to interact professionally and confidently with all clients and team members.
- Written communication: capable of responding to emails in a timely manner and providing clear, comprehensive instructions (see to the WFH policy and department flextime for expectations on email timeliness).
- A readiness to establish and preserve cordial working relationships with members of the divisional and community teams.
- Adapt in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
