Roles & Responsibilities
- OTC (Order to Cash) Process customisation, modification, assistance, and setup.
- Managing the testing effort, in charge of test deliverables, and in charge of updating management on status reports.
- Go-live, testing, and support.
- Check deliverables against the acceptance tests for a user narrative.
- The components of the Modern Order to Cash (OTC) solution for invoicing, credit management, taxes, financial reporting, and distributed FICO objects are designed, built, tested, and deployed.
- Supporting warehouses in Brazil, India, and China while collaborating in a scrum team with global investors from a cross-functional background.
- Front-runner for warehouses in India.
- Examine and troubleshoot accounting and billing issues.
- Create a project-specific testing plan.
- Batch jobs that are scheduled.
- Work aids ready for the new features.
- Implements and maintains e-way bills and invoices for Indian businesses.
