Roles & Responsibilities

Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –

  • Proactive observation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure.
  • Completing user tickets
  • Remote troubleshooting should be done.
  • Ask specific inquiries to identify problems.
  • Try several approaches until you find a solution.
  • Observe ITIL procedures.
  • Recognize and adhere to all customer-specific procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members and seniors
  • Work during client business hours
  • Prepared to work on the weekends and after hours if necessary for the job.
  • Take unsolved problems to the next degree.
  • Contact the end user again.
  • Prepare to move to other Zensar places.
  • Tiage, classification, prioritization, and assignment of tickets.
  • Major IT Incident Escalation, AD User Record Currency, and Network Sharing access, setting up and closing accounts
  • Deliver top-notch customer support both in and out of calls.
  • Assume responsibility for first call resolution in order to deliver prompt and effective inquiry resolution.
  • Look for chances to advise customers about additional value-added services.
  • Take part in both official and informal training sessions.
  • Respect all legal standards that are necessary for the position.
  • Assure adherence to service levels for requests and incidents.
  • Keeping an eye on the Service Desk queue to make sure every ticket is handled promptly and competently.
  • For the purpose of maintaining effective and high-quality IT service delivery, adhere to established or recorded IT operational procedures and make sure they are constantly followed.
  • Preserve and enhance critical performance metrics.
  • Involvement in raising the standard of service delivery
  • Participating actively in team and cultural transformation within the Service Desk group
  • Observe all information security guidelines.
  • Must be prepared to work rotating 24-by-7 shifts as required for this position.
