Roles & Responsibilities

Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –

  • Managing the recruiting team’s TA activities, which include keeping track of candidates, setting up interview dates and times, starting background checks, and drafting offer letters.
  • Having a keen sense of detail and the capacity to work with pertinent parties to secure their weekly availability for interviews and/or meetings.
  • Coordinating with several stakeholders, including the facilities team, Corp HR, Payroll, IT, and IT, to guarantee a fantastic onboarding experience!
  • Helping our team of experienced recruiters with the planning and execution of phone, in-person, and Zoom interviews.
  • Capacity to scan social media sites for potential candidates and map them effectively.
  • To attain operational excellence, the candidate database must be kept up to date. Reports must be produced, and data slices should occasionally be given along with process recommendations.
