Roles & Responsibilities
Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Managing the recruiting team’s TA activities, which include keeping track of candidates, setting up interview dates and times, starting background checks, and drafting offer letters.
- Having a keen sense of detail and the capacity to work with pertinent parties to secure their weekly availability for interviews and/or meetings.
- Coordinating with several stakeholders, including the facilities team, Corp HR, Payroll, IT, and IT, to guarantee a fantastic onboarding experience.
