Roles & Responsibilities

Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –

  • Examine and observe consumer interactions to find recurring problems that cause escalations.
  • Assist the group in monitoring and recording escalation cases.
  • Compile information on complaints, escalation patterns, and customer interactions.
  • Help with data analysis to find trends and possible areas for development.
  • Contribute to the creation and application of plans to deal with persistent problems and lower escalations.
  • Work together with customer service to test and improve strategies for preventing escalation.
  • Under the guidance of seasoned team members, respond to simple client inquiries and assistance requests.
  • Help in the efficient resolution of client concerns to avoid escalation.
