Roles & Responsibilities
- As an Associate, you will be responsible for the effective completion of projects.
- From the beginning of the project to its conclusion, you will be in charge of carrying out all project-related tasks, such as but not restricted to:
- Data collection: Verifying the accuracy of the data entering these tools by pressure-testing their procedures and instruments.
- Data processing includes keeping an eye on the data that is gathered, ensuring data quality through pre-analysis sanity checks, and arranging the data so that it is simple to analyse.
- Analysing the data and data cuts in accordance with the business questions of the client and, if necessary, changing or developing new views.
- Delivery to the customer: Create the client deliverable using input from the AC and C (usually in the form of PowerPoint decks) in accordance with the team’s finalised storyboard. Associates are expected to provide context for clients, projects, and therapeutic areas through the creation of these presentations.
- You will be required to work on around two average-sized projects at any given time, spanning several pharmaceutical brands and products from the same or different client.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- A degree in a quantitative field, such as engineering, economics, business, statistics, or mathematics, or a degree relating to the biological sciences.
- 0–2 years of experience in business analysis or the life sciences.
- Experience creating and presenting data-driven, analytically sound strategic narratives.
- Advanced level of familiarity with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills both in writing and speakingCollaboration skills Teamwork abilities Proficiency in non-primary market research roles such as competition intelligence, sales analytics, forecasting, etc.
- Proficiency in doing qualitative market research.
