- Gives line managers daily performance management recommendations (such as career development, coaching, counselling, and disciplinary measures).
- Works together with management and staff to enhance relationships at work, boost morale, and boost retention and productivity.offers information and interpretation on HR policy.
- Creates the terms of the contracts for transfers, promotions, and new hires.
- Helps foreign workers with their assignments abroad and other HR-related issues.
- Offers advice and suggestions on personnel planning, succession planning, and business unit reorganisation.
- Determines the needs for executive coaching and business unit training.
- Takes part in assessing and overseeing training initiatives to guarantee their accomplishment.
- Does follow-ups to make sure training goals are reached.
