Roles & Responsibilities
- As per the engagement model, support and development are provided for Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate Development.
- Make sure the procedure is operating as efficiently as possible by optimising the automation code.
- Determine whether components are reusable, then make the necessary updates to the Object library.
- Demonstrated proficiency in automating processes and providing solutions for intricate problems and obstacles encountered in automation sprints with a rapid pace.
- Providing support for current procedures and creating and implementing change needs as a part of an organised change control process.
- Creates and maintains automation processes in accordance with the technical design document (TDD) in order to satisfy the specified criteria.
- Giving architectural direction to solution designs in order to maintain coherence and continuity throughout the delivery.
- Respects and assists in enforcing policies, processes, and design and coding standards.
- Examining, comprehending, and recording in-depth the business processes as needed.
- Update the operating manual, UAT TC, PDD/SDD/TDD, and supporting documentation as needed.
- Collaborates with the team to guarantee that high-quality code and solutions are produced in accordance with SDD and TDD during the product test and UAT stages.
- Inform management of status, problems, and hazards on a frequent basis.
- Timely and high-quality completion of tasks in accordance with the specified SLA.
- Take part in performance evaluations of automation delivery with business teams and pertinent internal stakeholders.
