Roles & Responsibilities
Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Communicate with staff members in business, technology, or vendors to obtain relevant details about an established software system, including: • PII involved, • Registration procedure,
- Identity verification,
- Primary features of the system,
- Permission,
- Data encryption for both data at rest and data in transit
- Dependencies between upstream and downstream.
- Draw a workflow diagram that illustrates the information flow between the different software system stakeholders.
- Using the iDesigner application, create an architectural diagram for a software system by consulting the development team’s completed questionnaire.
- Prioritise tasks among several stakeholders and multitask while coordinating the completion of risk and control evaluations (at least 15 distinct stakeholders).
- Oversee the SAML-based Single Sign On installation.
- Maintain and make updates to the Jira items on the Kanban dashboard.
- Follow up proactively with the affected team to get updates on the situation or to escalate as needed.
- Write progress reports for ongoing projects and send them to upper management.
- Arrange for the production release of security controls on a need-to-know basis after office hours.
- Speak with business users and use plain English to convey technical concepts to them.

Required Skills & Qualifications
