Roles & Responsibilities
- To keep clients’ login efficiency (availability) high.
- To offer level 1 remote desktop support to address tickets and diagnose and fix hardware, software, or network issues over the phone, email, or chat within the predetermined SLA for ticket volume and turnaround time.
- Updating worklogs and adhering to the shiftor escalation procedure in order to report complicated issues to the proper support expertroute issues to appropriate second and third level IT support personnel.
- Work on worthwhile projects like self-improvement and knowledge base updates.
- Must follow corporate rules, legal requirements, and quality standards (voice and accent, Tech Monitoring).
- Through first call resolution, minimum average handling time (AHT), rejected resolutions, or reopen cases, we hope to guarantee a favourable customer experience and CSAT.
