Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Restrictions and criteria for investments are monitored every day.
- Learn how to code rules in the Order Management System (OMS) and practice doing so.
- In the course of regular business operations, you are in charge of spotting any odd or possible breaches through transaction activity and reporting or elevating them in line with the instructions included in the applicable operating procedures.
- Assist in creating the paperwork needed to back up the evaluations that have been done, to prove and show that the processes and controls in place are sufficient to satisfy regulatory and SEC standards, and to guarantee that all policies and procedures are followed.
- Engage in dialogue with members of the global compliance team in order to evaluate, record, track, and report on different compliance monitoring initiatives, as well as to plan, organize, and carry out associated tests and controls.
- Help with day-to-day compliance concerns pertaining to trading strategies and the implementation of technology-related controls established and implemented during this procedure.
- Work together with international legal and compliance personnel as needed.
- Effectively address compliance concerns as they emerge.
- Independently respond to other teams’ simple, intermediate, and sophisticated/complex issues and requests; notify supervisors for escalation.
- Help with tasks and projects pertaining to compliance and improve process efficiency by automating tasks or putting in place improved controls.
- Periodically report learnings to the Compliance team.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Below are the Required Skills & Qualifications –
- Zero to two years of relevant experience working in the asset management sector. It will be advantageous to have knowledge of computer languages and/or financial products.
- It would be advantageous to have experience with regulatory settings such UCITS, SFC, FCA, SEC, and ERISA.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Excellent analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to work both individually and collaboratively.
- Proficiency with computers.
- Adaptable and flexible mindset.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
