Roles & Responsibilities
- Examine internal procedures and guidelines to make sure that people with disabilities and people of all genders are included.

- Collaborate with both external and internal stakeholders to strengthen the Diversity Hiring initiatives.

- Make sure that the present procedures and policies comply with the DEI Charter. Establish a method to coordinate the diversity hiring efforts across FBD and talent sources across locations.
