- Oversee all client interactions as assigned within the given guidelines.
- When a customer calls, show ownership of the call.
- Whenever you connect with a consumer, use a suitable tone and language and provide a solution-based approach.
- Inform the client at any opportunity that arises.
- Maintain current understanding of products, systems, processes, and policies; Observe rostered timing, scheduled shifts, and activities.
- Record client information and information pertinent to the call or service.
- Respond to consumer inquiries in the time frames specified.
