Roles & Responsibilities
Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Enter property, company, and transaction data into the Research database.
- Monitor data quality dashboards on a regular basis to proactively detect and address inaccurate or incomplete data entry into the system. Keep an eye on company names in the database and merge and enrich each record with additional data as needed.
- Analyse training course outcomes and redesign courses as necessary.
- Accurately locate information within the database based on a rigid geographic hierarchy.
- Coordinate with Research team leadership on data quality to improve completeness and quality of the data.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.
- Assure the necessary productivity and efficiency in accordance with corporate requirements.
- Perform other necessary activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel computer skills are required.
- It is preferred to have prior experience with a property management or lease administration system.
