Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Offer technical help to clients, internal collaborators, and outside engineers around-the-clock for problems affecting LSEG products.
- Actively keep an eye on client sites’ devices and communications, paying particular attention to network and real-time infrastructure.
- Use the resources at hand to remotely resolve problems while working with internal support teams or outside suppliers.
- Use cutting-edge technology to guarantee worldwide consistency in support tasks.
- Take the initiative to handle important concerns from partners and clients as well as business-critical circumstances.
- Make sure that case management is done correctly for daily operations.
- Provide server and device monitoring services for LSEG-managed equipment at client locations.
- Use the Service Cloud tool to record all customer inquiries, conversations, and investigations.
- Provide customers with updates at every stage of the case life cycle.
- Follow all guidelines and protocols for handling and reporting client concerns, with the goal of minimising turnaround times.
- Work together with development and product support teams.
- Closely collaborate with outside service providers, such Telco suppliers.
Use internationally standardised processes and technologies to perform remote break-fix actions impacting client locations and to coordinate onsite dispatch as needed. - Offer technical assistance in resolving issues, including duplicating problems encountered by clients.
- Provide technical guidance to outside engineers and internal partners.
- Keep an international repository of client site documentation.
