Roles & responsibilities
- Supporting JV processing, workflow monitoring, CCM & PEGA monitoring, email inquiries, and backend work of support operations will all fall under your purview.
- Additionally, you will concentrate on managing reports and presentations, budgeting and forecasting, key figure analysis, savings coordination, and management.
- You’ll produce and deliver management reports on schedule and with accuracy.
- In order to provide easy system maintenance and seamless operations, this function also include developing MIS documentation.
- You collaborate with the business units and the reporting manager to address any problems with the provision of customer service.
- You consistently follow up, resolve open inquiries, and make suggestions for updating the MIS to enhance the coherence and efficiency of reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong teamwork, communication, and analytical abilities (preferred).
- With an overall 60%, you have successfully completed your bachelor’s degree.
- Your written and vocal communication abilities are superb.
