Roles & Responsibilities
- Involvement as a vital team member during the product’s conception, development, implementation, and market launch with the assistance of VOCs/surveys, analytical data, and market insights.
- Evaluate the product offerings’ competitive position by using competitive benchmarking and a price-to-features comparison report.
- Create training materials, collaterals, and product presentations for both new and current products with the help of Marcom teams and product line managers.
- Collaborate closely with the supply chain and engineering teams to introduce products to the market quickly.
- SKU rationalisation, inventory control, and sales analytics accountability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- With a background in engineering and an MBA, as well as 0–1 year of experience in marketing analysis or product management, it would be advantageous to have strong analytical thinking, writing, modelling, and problem-solving abilities as well as exposure to analytical tools and market research.
- Possessing expertise of the lighting industry and exposure to collateral creation, including specification writing, together with strong oral and written communication skills in English, are highly valued.
