Roles & responsibilities
- Create conceptual graphics based on specifications.
- Examine design briefs to ascertain needs.
- Create preliminary drafts and deliver concepts.
- Create graphics, logos, and other designs by hand or with software.
- For every visual, use the proper layout and colour scheme.
- Produce the final design in collaboration with the creative director and copywriters.
- Test visuals for different media
- Adjust designs based on comments to make sure the finished layouts and graphics are aesthetically pleasing and consistent with the brand.
- Take on specific duties to assist with the several ongoing initiatives.
- Accept helpful criticism and deliver high-caliber work.
- Make social media templates (videos, GIFs, and graphics).
- Make simple YouTube videos.
- Make designs for case studies, portfolios, emails templates, movies, motion graphics, PDFs, PPTs, booklets, and other marketing materials.
- Creating themes for social media.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in graphic design.
- A powerful visual portfolio.
- Knowledge of design tools and software (Canva, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, After Effects, and Corel Draw, for example).
- A sharp sense of detail and aesthetics.
- Outstanding ability to communicate.
- The capacity to complete tasks on time and methodically.
- A degree in fine arts, design, or a similar discipline is advantageous.
