Roles & responsibilities

  • In charge of attending to consumer inquiries, such as answering calls through a phone queue, customer emails, requests for chat assistance, etc.
  • Support end-user hardware and accessories, such as computer hardware, operating systems, communications, software, data processing, and security, among other things.
  • Support activities involve assisting end users in taking IT break-fix requests from clients via various customer access points, resolving issues, or elevating problems to the relevant team.
  • It is preferred to have experience with retail industry gadgets such switches, routers, printers, and other store equipment items.
  • Follow up on events or help requests once they have been resolved.
