Roles & responsibilities
- In charge of attending to consumer inquiries, such as answering calls through a phone queue, customer emails, requests for chat assistance, etc.
- Support end-user hardware and accessories, such as computer hardware, operating systems, communications, software, data processing, and security, among other things.
