Roles & Responsibilities
- Create, programme, test, and oversee the Business Solutions B2B product line from Visa.
- Participate in the modifications and improvement of the current codebase for B2B applications.
- Write code that adheres to security guidelines, design criteria, and Java/J2EE best practices.
- Assure good system performance and maintainability of the code.
- Work together on individual and group deliverables with the development and quality assurance professionals.
- Make installation and maintenance procedures and documentation.
- Assist the project team and other departments (such as network, QA, operations, and engineering) closely.
- Participate in design and code review sessions and adhere to best practices for coding and design.
- Engage with business divisions to specify needs, make necessary revisions, and create use cases so that suitable solutions may be designed.
- Quickly adjust to modifications and new application knowledge.
- Work in a fast-paced, loosely structured environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a similar discipline.
- A minimum of two years’ worth of demonstrated experience in a BI, data engineering, or related function.
- Knowledge of financial services, consultancy, and shared services is very advantageous.
- It is advantageous to have certification in the fields of data warehouse/ETL, DevOps, or visualisation.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, Looker, and D3.js, among other data visualisation tools
- Proficiency with the M language, Tableau, Power Query, Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), and Level of Detail (LOD) Get ready to change data and develop measures.
- Knowledge of pipelines, data architectures, version control, and code management (CICD).
- Proficiency with SQL for handling, extracting, and combining large amounts of data through Hadoop, EMR, and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity working with data lakes and warehouses and ingesting and extracting insights from data using tools like PySpark, Apache Hadoop, Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, and Amazon S3.

Non Technical Skills
- Knowledgeable about collaborating closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to guarantee that data visualisations are understood and useful.
