Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handling all incoming customer help requests politely over the phone and/or via email Recording all relevant end user identification data, such as name, department, contact details, and kind of issue or problem
  • To guarantee process productivity, update your own availability in the RAVE system.
  • Keep a record of every question you receive, the actions you take to solve problems, and the overall number of successful and unsuccessful solutions you provide.
  • To answer any client inquiries, adhere to established protocols and procedures.
  • Address and maintain internal knowledge bases, resources, and frequently asked questions to assist in and provide clients with efficient problem resolution. Respond to client inquiries in accordance with the SLAs mentioned in the contract.
  • Determine and absorb pertinent product information to improve customer service and troubleshooting.
  • Record and examine call logs to identify recurring patterns and avert further issues.
  • Updating and maintaining consumer self-help materials will expedite the resolution process.
  • When there are warning signs, report significant client concerns to the team leader for an expedient resolution.
  • Make sure clients receive all product disclosures and information both before and after making calls or sending emails.
  • Stays out of legal hot water by honouring service agreements.
