Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Knowledge of systems development and quality assurance, technical and domain expertise, and ongoing task management—80%.
- Effectively participates in meetings and huddles, communicates via Lync and Maestro/Mail, and keeps in touch with the client team 10% of the time.
- Support for Operations, Other Services, and Shared Services – 5%
- Examines any draft test plans and customer requirements documents; appropriately respect deadlines; and supports the client’s delivery priority.
- Makes efficient use of the handoff time by asking clarifying questions about the specified needs.
- Uses pertinent resources for problem-solving as necessary.
- Escalates problems as needed.
- Uses standard client requirements documents to help with test preparation and/or analysis.
- Determines the necessary test scenarios.
- Fulfils test case requirements in test plans.
- Sets up the system in accordance with analytical requirements.
- Records pertinent settings in the specs for the analysis.
- Resolves any problems found during test execution.
- Capability to put the system through stress tests.
