Roles & Responsibilities
- Observing our code of conduct, acting honourably and diligently at all times.
- By reporting suspect employee behaviour and identifying unusual transactions, you may reduce payment fraud.
- Separate high-risk from acceptable transactions to reduce the need for extra inspections and labour.
- Identify workers engaged in fraudulent activity before it results in a significant loss for a high-value retailer.
- Make sure that the product integrity is upheld during the entire transaction.
- Ability to successfully multitask and communicate with team members, North American leadership, and law enforcement.
- Determine trends and presumptions, then provide results and recommendations to senior officials during weekly or biweekly meetings.
- Prompt responder with flawless email writing abilities.
- Able to produce intricate inquiry reports with concise conclusions for leadership.
- Recognise camera technical issues and inform leaders.
- Work both alone and together on all facets of the investigation to swiftly finish cases.
- Important Individuals and groups I am employed at North American Leadership in Store and Retail (VP, Corporate Investigators).
- Teams responsible for retail security and other business support.
- Teams within the company that provide internal support, such as IT and help desk.
- Emergency services (fire rescue, police) and law enforcement.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in asset security, retail theft prevention, loss prevention, or forensic investigation. Strong communication abilities both in writing and verbally. Good understanding of Excel formulas.
- Diversified and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Have the ability to analyse and make decisions in order to recognise real scenarios.
