- Flexibility in switching between data and phone channels.
- Observe the prescribed procedure instructions in order to resolve the issue.

- Raise the necessary level of support from the appropriate teams in order to address consumer concerns.
- Make suggestions for process enhancements.
- Engage and inform clients so they can make the most of PhonePe.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Completion of 10+2+3 is required.
- 0–2 years of experience working with customers
- Possess outstanding verbal and writing communication skills
- Possess a strong capacity for learning
