- Resolve product defects/issues across several product categories.
- Diagnose and resolve client problems and gain expertise in various technologies across various products.
- Review code and become familiar with various tools such as Jira, Git, and confluences.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree and zero to one year of experience developing enterprise applications using J2EE and/or AWS.
- Strong SQL skills (ideally with some prior OracleDB working experience)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Fundamental knowledge and comprehension of the various aspects of performance, scalability, dependability, and usability in relation to enterprise application troubleshooting.
- Assist users in troubleshooting problems they run into with the software and offer practical solutions.
- Fundamental understanding of Java application debugging to address customer problems with various products.
- Keep an eye on the many micro-services that hundreds of thousands of users will be using being enabled.
