Roles & responsibilities
- Designing and incorporating user-friendly interfaces into our front-end software.
- Developing and incorporating safe, reliable backend applications.
- Creating or improving solutions to meet corporate needs.
- Improving and supporting the frontend and backend Engineering IT solutions that are currently in use.
- Taking part in the improvement of our reference architecture framework to enable the development of user applications that expand and scale in response to business needs.
- Creating proactive consumption metrics and monitoring in order to set system baselines and forecast future demands.
- Keeping an eye on website performance, looking for traffic declines linked to usability concerns, and fixing the problems.
- Establishing feedback loops through solid relationship-building with important clients.
- Examining and comprehending the software roadmap in order to collaborate with the development team to prepare upcoming website changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or science, or a comparable field.
- Zero to two years of web development experience; excellent practical understanding of JavaScript, Angular 2.x and/or ReactJS, HTML5, TypeScript, and CSS.
- Knowledge or expertise in using C# or NodeJS to create restful web services.
- Robust design methods that are object-oriented and incorporate reusable components.
- Expertise in open-source software development and the software delivery cycles (dev, deploy, release, CI).
- Strong practical knowledge with cloud native architecture and cloud infrastructure (Azure preferable).
- Familiarity with or expertise with NoSQL and SQL databases.
