Roles & responsibilities
- Keep up with your accounting records.
- Tally ERP Post Entries
- Manage Bank Transactions and Cash
- Create daily vouchers for expenses.
- Manage the general ledger and submit entries.
- Verify invoices to make sure employees’ costs are reimbursed up to the allowable amounts.
- Process bills and reconcile purchase orders.
- Ask pertinent questions before publishing an invoice.
- Account for completed work by confirming entries.
- Analyse invoice/expense reports, make entries, and charge expenses to accounts and cost centres.
- Reimburse suppliers by keeping an eye out for promotional offers.
- Reconcile monthly statements to confirm vendor accounts.
- Provide precise and efficient record-keeping and document preparation.
- Gather, examine, and present financial information.
- Ensure that your financial records are accurate.
- Oversee TDS, PT, and additional tax payments.
- Ensure that your financial records are accurate.
- Conduct audits, handle GST, and settle disputes.
